Your wedding party isn’t just there to stand beside you—they’re part of your support system. From planning pre-wedding events like the shower or bachelor/ette party to helping you stay calm on the big day, each member plays a key role.

Couples, when choosing your wedding party, think about who will support you emotionally and logistically. Communicate expectations early, so everyone knows their responsibilities. New planners, guide your clients in defining these roles and even suggest ways to show appreciation, like thoughtful thank-you gifts or personalized notes. A well-supported couple makes for a more joyful day!
