Postage Rates Increase AGAIN in 2023!

Postage rates are about to increase for the second time in 2023! WHAT!!! WHY!!! And it’s all due to inflation and operating expenses, of course.

On Sunday, July 9th, postage rates increased again!  So if you are preparing to purchase postage for your Save The Dates or wedding invitations head to your nearest post office ASAP!

The first class (1-ounce) stamp, also known as the Forever Stamp, has increased from $.63 to $.66.  This is the stamp used on most response card envelopes and everyday mailings. Metered 1-ounce letter will increase by $.3 from $.60 to $.63.
AND
For that additional ounce, the rate remains the same at $.24.  Also, mailing a 2-ounce letter, the weight used most for mailing wedding invitation suites, will cost $.90. The cost for mailing a postcard increases from $.48 to $.51.
